H & H Builders added a new second story to the Hood residence above the existing bedrooms. The new addition includes a master bedroom, sitting room with fireplace, his & her bathrooms and separate walk-in closets and a study for Don.

On the existing main level we remodeled the family room, living room, dining room, mudroom, entry, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the basement, we remodeled the family room, a bathroom, laundry room, two bedrooms and exercise & pool rooms.

The exterior was updated with new stucco applied over existing brickwork. The new stairway to the second floor is very striking in appearance with a custom metal & wood railing. It is open to and overlooks the family room and kitchen.

This whole house home remodeling project was performed in Longmont, near Boulder and Denver.
