This project was the recipient of the Denver Home Builders Association 2023 MAME Award.
The main floor of the home didn’t have a
suitable child’s bedroom, the kitchen was old and
dated, and the bathroom was in serious need of a face
lift! The flow of the home was awkward.
The entire main floor was remodeled and the
floor plan re-designed to fit the needs of this family. The new family room and sitting room offer
comfortable spaces for a busy family to unwind and
relax.
Note the structural glulam beams. They were
engineered to allow us to remove walls then finished
to add warmth beauty to the home.
