2005 C.A.R.E. Award Winner

Though beautifully situated, this home lacked a welcoming entryway and curb appeal. We transformed the exterior, adding a comfortable and elegant covered patio, resurfacing the home with low-maintenance stucco and stone, and installing a c-shaped, colored concrete driveway.

Through the course of the project, we also added a new family room with a vaulted ceiling and a spectacular window wall, so the homeowners can relax and enjoy their lake view. A finished basement with bath and entertainment center and some expanded rooms for additional space rounded out the remodel.

The result is a home that attracts compliments from friends and neighbors and is both strikingly lovely and exceedingly livable.
