Historic Gilpin St. Attic Conversion

This historic, one level home located in Denver’s Baker neighborhood was too cramped for this family of 4. The client’s needs suprred the architect to creatively convert the attic, while seeking Landmark Commission approval. The expansion to a two-story home is not only beautiful but also exceeded the owner’s expectations.
